We fulfill orders on Monday between 10am-3pm CEST. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands, using PostNL. Each order will be shipped with a tracking code. The tracking code will be included in the shipping confirmation e-mail that you will receive when your order is shipped. It can take up to 24 hours before your order can be tracked. We charge a flat rate shipping cost for each order. This means that you can add as many products to the cart as you like.

Flat rate, Europe Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom): €12 per order. Estimated shipping time 1-2 weeks.
Flat rate, Europe Zone 2 (Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City State): €18 per order. Estimated shipping time 2-4 weeks.
Flat rate, rest of the world: €22 per order. Estimated shipping time 3-5 weeks
Why are the shipping costs so expensive?
Unfortunately sending goods by airmail or courier service from the Netherlands is expensive. This is a small and independent shop which makes shipping more expensive than when you order from a big and commercial shop. Please be assured that we always do our best to find the most cost effective and efficient way to get your order to you.
Taxes & import costs
Orders and shipping costs for EU countries include 21% VAT. This is specified on the order confirmation. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs. We are not responsible for these costs and/or fees.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns up to 10 days after you have received your item. Your item must be in the condition it arrived in. To request a return, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order and the reason for requesting a return. You are responsible for all return shipping charges (with tracking code).
If Lisa Bekelaar is at fault, for example if your item is damaged, we will cover shipping return and/or exchange charges.
Please note that we are not responsible for damages, losses or delays incurred by PostNL or any other shipping service. If you experience any damages, losses or other issues with shipping, please contact email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will see if there is anything we can do to help.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
You can always cancel your order and have it refunded before your item has shipped. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you would like to make any changes or cancellations of your order. Your order is shipped when you have received the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Can I pick up the order at your studio?
Unfortunately you cannot pick up the order at my studio.
Do you offer wholesale?
Unfortunately we do not offer wholesale.
The giclée fine art prints that are available in the shop are reproductions of original Lisa Bekelaar illustrations. These illustrations are the result of personal projects.
The prints come in limited editions up to 100. Each print is numbered and certified by a Certificate of Authenticity and a stamp. The prints are dispatched within three days of receipt. Once the print has been made, it will be safely packed and prepared for dispatch.
Please note that all prints are sold unframed.
What is a giclée print?
A giclée fine art print is digital print made on a professional inkjet printer. This very high quality, incredibly rich and detailed print is a lot more sustainable than regular prints. It is printed with archival inks that are fade-resistant.
Do you offer giclée prints in custom sizes?
